San Jose Extreme Lacrosse Club

The San Jose Extreme Girls Lacrosse League is a non-profit youth lacrosse organization established in 2003 and dedicated to the sport of girls’ lacrosse. We offer teams for girls age 9 - 18 who want to try America’s fastest-growing sport.  We emphasize the fundamentals and also incorporate offensive and defensive concepts. Players will apply skills and concepts while learning dynamic stick-work, small game strategy, and full field scrimmages.

We have experienced and skilled coaches who have played this sport at a collegiate level, and they are dedicated to improve, grow and raise the level of women’s lacrosse in the Bay Area. The NCJLA and San Jose Extreme are partnered with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) and all coaches are required to obtain PCA certification.

This is the home of the premier lacrosse program for girls in the San Jose area. We offer teams for girls nine and up who want to try America’s fastest-growing sport. We have experienced and skilled coaches, active parents and enthusiastic players who return year after year.

Our teams – under 11, under 13, under 15 and one high school team – are part of the Northern California Junior Lacrosse Association. San Jose Extreme, open to all high school players whose schools don’t offer varsity lacrosse, has been undefeated in league play for four straight years.

Lacrosse is a spring sport; our season runs from January through May. Our home field is Kirk Community Center on Foxworthy Avenue. We also offer summer and fall clinics.
